Try traditional saganaki (filo pastry wrapped cheese) drizzled with honey or crispy keftedes (tomato fritters) to start, authentic rustic horiatiki (tomatoes, cucumbers, onion with fresh feta cheese and Kalamata olives), whole fish with Grecian herbs, olive oil and lemon. First Course
Saganaki, Horiatiki, Spanakopita & Keftedes Tapas. Crisp fried traditional Greek cheese wrapped in filo and adorned with honey and toasted walnut pesto, authentic Greek salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and Kalamata olives topped with a block of fresh feta cheese dressed with sea salt, cracked pepper, Greek oregano and extra virgin olive oil. An authentic Greek savory spinach and feta pie, and addictive bite sized Greek tomato fritters served with tzatziki.

Assyrtiko. The delicious, crispy, sea mineral driven white of the island of Santorini will transport your palate to this incredible island. Matching with vegetable and seafood based fare.
Second Course
Grilled Whole Branzino. Charcoal grilled sea bass stuffed with lemon, dill and oregano served alongside traditional Greek accompaniments.

Third Course
Yogurt and Honey, Baklava and fresh and dried fruits. Crispy pastry layered with honey, nuts and lemon; fresh Greek yogurt matched with floral honey; pomegranates, figs, dates, and sultanas.
Wine Pairing
Santorini Vin Santo. This luscious liquid is made from sun dried Assyrtiko grapes pressed to release their essence and then aged in small barrels to perfection. A true wine of meditation to enjoy with or without the sweets.
