First Course
Plateau de Fruits de Mer, Charcuterie. Towers of chilled shellfish, mignonette, lemons & aïoli; selection of artisanal cheeses and cured meats with fresh baguette, jam, mustard and pickled vegetables.
Wine Pairing
Muscadet Sevre et Maine. The liquid incarnation of the essence of the river meeting the sea, this intensely mineral, tart and refreshing white wine enhances the rich saline flavors of shellfish and cuts through the richness of country pâte.
Second course
Duck Confit with Celery Remoulade; Steak Frites with Braised Greens. Slowly cooked duck leg, served crisp with a fruit gastrique and classic celery root salad; seared skirt steak, crispy potato straws, sauce bernaise, garlicky stewed leafy greens.
Wine Pairing

Third Course
