First Course
Baba ghanoush, za’atar spiced hummus, tabouleh and squab and vegetable pastillas, lemony and smoky eggplant dip, sesame and oregano accented hummus with lavish and leavened bread, bulgur wheat & parsley salad, pigeon and vegetarian pastries.
Wine Pairing
Casablancan Rosé. Refreshing and light berry imbued pink wine made from the transplanted grapes of Provence that were brought to Morocco by the French during this land status as a protectorate, sure to quench your thirst and complement the viddles.
Second Course
Vegetable Couscous and Chicken Tajine. Traditional Moroccan micro pearl pasta laced with finely diced peppers, carrots, tomatoes and pine nuts; chicken, zucchini, potatoes and eggplant baked in the traditional earthen vessel to bring them to juicy perfection, scooped up by freshly baked round loaves of whole wheat bread.

Zenata Syrah Syrocco. A sandalwood and dark berry driven sexy red wine with a smooth and sumptuous texture.
Third Course
Kunafa & Logma; Plates of Dates, Figs (fresh & dried), Pomegranates and Oranges. Crispy, sweet and cheesy baked pasta pastry topped with crushed pistachios; perfectly fried dumplings covered in Nutella-sesame glaze; Assorted Dried and Fresh Fruits.
